Deadline for registration is August 4. No late registration is accepted!

At Hotel Swania at 2 PM.

Starting times

Qualification

Start times for all the finals will follow a separate time schedule.
Start list for the qualification will be published on the website August 14.

Parking

There is no parking at start or finish. We recommend parking at Folkets Park, alternatively outside Slättbergshallen ice rink.

Start number

Start numbers with timing chips are handed out in the tent in the finish area.
The number distribution is open between 1-3 PM at race day.

The same start numbers and timing chips will be used in the finals as in the qualification.

Warning!

Start number must be worn on the chest, back and right leg!

Changing room

At Arena Älvhögsborg, open from 11 AM.

Start area

Start area is located in Åkersbergsvägen for all classes.

Warm up

Warm up can only be done from 3 PM on Åkersbergsvägen.

The course is open for official warm up between 3.20 – 3.30 PM.

Rollerskis/Wheels

FIS’s competition rules (ICR) and Swedish Ski federation’s rules must be followed. Wheels are free with the diameter of the wheels not being more than 100 mm.
Equipement controls will be conducted.

Start

Every participant must be at the start at latest 2 minutes prior to their start.

Refreshments

Water is available in the start- and finish area and other drinks have to be brought by the participants themselves.

Insurance

Participants without registered skiclub are covered by Folksama K96-insurance.

Seeding

The startlist is available at the start and online from August 15.

Best ranked athletes start last in respective class. Follow the staff’s instructions.

Rules

The race is a FIS-competition where FIS International competition rules (ICR) and the Swedish skifederation’s rules must be followed.

Controllers are present along the course to register any infringements.

Prize giving ceremony

Flower ceremony and price giving ceremony takes place right after finish in the finish area.

Abandoned race
