Deadline for registration is August 4. No late registration is accepted!

Men/Women 21: 300 SEK
Junior Men/Women: 300 SEK

At Hotel Swania at 2 PM at the second floor.
Team leaders and competitors are welcome to join the information meeting.

Starting times

First start at 7.oo PM
Individual start times will be published at the webpage August 14.

Parking

There is no parking at start or finish. We recommend parking at Folkets Park, alternatively outside Slättbergshallen ice rink.

Start number

Start number with timing chip is handed out in the tent in the finish area.
The number distribution is open between 1-7 PM at race day.

Warning!

Start number must be worn both on the chest and on the back!

Changing rooms

At Arena Älvhögsborg, open from 3 PM.

Start area

The start takes place under Oscarsbron. Follow signs from Åkersbergsvägen.

Warning!

The participants must walk stairs down to the start, to rollerski down the course is strictly prohibited!

Warm up

Warm up can be done on Kyrkbrovägen from 6 PM.
See map at the bottom of the page.

Start procedure

Every participant must be at the start at latest 2 minutes prior to their start.
Athletes start according to clock beep on exact start time (see start list).
Crew will keep hand on Athletes’ shoulder until beep. If an athlete start before his/hers start time it will result in a time punishment.

Refreshments

Water is available in the start- and finish area and other drinks have to be brought by the participants themselves.

Insurance

Participants without registered ski club are covered by Folksama K96-insurance.

Seeding

The startlist is available at the start and online from August 15.

Best ranked athletes start last in respective class. Follow the staff’s instructions.

Rules

The race is a FIS-competition where FIS International competition rules (ICR) and the Swedish ski federation’s rules must be followed.

Controllers are present along the course to register any infringements.

Rollerskis/Wheels

FIS’s competition rules (ICR) and Swedish Ski federation’s rules must be followed. Wheels are free with the diameter of the wheels not being more than 100 mm.
Equipment controls will be conducted.

Price giving ceremony

Flower ceremony and price giving ceremony takes place right after finish in the finish area at the top.
